best hdd clonning software

hi guys,

please tell me the best hdd cloning software which is capable of taking backup of my OS drive and other partition .The hdd size is 1.5tb WD green .the reason why im doing is the hdd is producing a drive read sound or click sounds which i believe its going to fail. and i have some questions before doing this as im not done this before.

*will it back all my OS applications,games, Personal Data s ?

* i have genuine Windows 10 OS recently upgraded from Windows 8 .Will it get activated with the same serial no?

*is it safe to do this ? any chance of data corruption or failures?

*will all the datas be there as it is? even the desktop ,games and other datas?

* do i need to install all drivers again?
